Clean and sanitize all food preparation and cooking equipment
Practice regulated hand washing and glove changes
Properly store refrigerated goods
Ensure that every product is cooked to a safe temperature
Practice rigid labeling standards
Follow all food safety guidelines set forth by the BRC
In 2018 we adopted the BRC as our food safety program, and have consistently maintained the highest ratings.
